こんにちは！ドンナ先生です。私は学ぶのが早く、意志の強い性格です。また、楽観的かつ責任感も強いです。私は中学生キャンプでESL講師として働いていました。様々な国から来た子供たちと触れ合いました。ESL講師はとてもやりがいのある仕事だと思います。自分自身の英語の知識やスキルを増やすためにもとても大きく役立ちました。それにより、私は教えるにあたっての戦略を発展させることが出来ました。自分の生徒が英語を学ぶのを助けることが出来たので、この仕事はこれまで経験した中で最もやりがいのある仕事の一つだと思っています。子供たちはエネルギーいっぱいで、とても熱心です。そして可愛くて面白いです。子供とのレッスンは、学ぶことへの興味を持ってもらうためには楽しいものでなくてはなりません。ゲームなどのアクティビティをしたり、ストーリーを読んだり、その他たくさんのことをすることで子供たちの学びを助けることが出来ます。彼らに常に英語で話す機会を与えることはとても大切なことです。私はたくさんの人が英語を話したり学んだりするお手伝いをしたいと思っています。

Hello! I'm Teacher Donna. I am a fast learner and a determined type of person. I am easy going and responsible. I've been working as an ESL Instructor for junior camp. I handled children from different countries. Being an ESL Instructor is a very satisfying work. It is a very big help to increase my knowledge and skills in English. With that, I was also able to develop more strategies in teaching. It is one of the most rewarding jobs, I've ever had because I was able to help my students speak and learn more about English. Kids are full of energy and they are enthusiastic. They are cute and funny. Having classes with kids must be fun so that they will be more interested to learn. Having activities such as games, stories and many more can be helpful for a student’s ability to learn. Giving them the chance to speak in English all the time is very important. I would like to help more people to speak and learn English.
